拍菜记 用户协议

1. 服务内容

拍菜记（以下称“本应用”）提供餐饮单据拍照识别、记账、统计与导出功能。基础记账功能免费；AI 识别提供有限的免费额度，更多能力通过 Pro 订阅提供。

2. 识别结果

AI 与本地识别结果可能存在错误或遗漏，仅供记账参考。保存前请核对金额与内容。本应用的统计与导出结果不构成会计、税务或法律建议。

3. Pro 订阅与付费

• Pro 提供月付、年付两种自动续订订阅，以及一次性买断的永久版；价格以 App Store 付款页显示为准。
• 订阅通过你的 Apple 账户扣款，并在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内自动续订扣费，除非你至少提前 24 小时在 Apple 账户设置中关闭自动续订。
• 购买后可在系统“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”中管理或取消订阅。
• 退款由 Apple 依据其政策处理，可访问 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
• Pro 的官方 AI 识别额度为每自然月 100 次，同一订阅最多在 3 台最近使用的设备上共享。

4. 合理使用

你不得：对本应用或服务端进行逆向、攻击、爬取或绕过额度限制;将官方 AI 通道用于识别餐饮单据以外的批量用途;转售本服务。我们可对滥用行为限制或终止服务。

5. 免责与责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”提供;因网络、第三方服务（含 Apple、AI 服务商）中断导致的功能不可用，我们不承担由此产生的间接损失。无论何种情形，我们对你的全部责任以你在过去 12 个月内实际支付的订阅费用为限。

6. 协议变更与适用法律

我们可能更新本协议并在本页面公布，重大变更会在应用内提示。本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。

PaiCaiJi Terms of Use

1. The service

PaiCaiJi ("the app") provides receipt scanning, food-expense tracking, statistics, and export. Core tracking is free; AI recognition includes a limited free quota, with more provided through the Pro subscription.

2. Recognition results

AI and on-device recognition may contain errors or omissions and are provided for bookkeeping reference only. Please verify amounts before saving. Outputs do not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice.

3. Pro subscription & payment

• Pro offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase; prices are as shown on the App Store payment sheet.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Pro includes 100 official AI recognitions per calendar month, shared across up to 3 most recently used devices on the same subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, attack, scrape, or circumvent quota limits; use the official AI channel for bulk purposes other than recognizing food receipts; or resell the service. We may restrict or terminate service for abuse.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses caused by outages of networks or third-party services (including Apple and AI providers). In any event our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms on this page; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
