识别结果不准怎么办?

保存前可在“确认账单”页直接点击商家、总金额或任意菜品进行修改。光线充足、单据平整、竖向拍摄能显著提升识别率。遇到稳定识别错误的单据,欢迎邮件附上照片反馈。

免费可以用多少次 AI 识别?

每台设备提供 10 次免费官方 AI 识别(重装不重置)。用完后可订阅 Pro(每自然月 100 次),或继续使用离线本地识别记账。

已经订阅了,如何恢复购买?

在“我的 → Pro”页面点击“恢复购买”,使用与购买时相同的 Apple 账户。

如何管理或取消订阅?

系统“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”中管理;退款请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com

可以用自己的 AI Key 吗?

Pro 用户可在“我的 → 自定义 AI”配置第三方服务(DeepSeek、豆包、通义、OpenAI、Anthropic 或自定义端点)。Key 仅保存在设备钥匙串,请求直连第三方,不经过拍菜记服务器。

我的数据保存在哪里?

全部账单与照片保存在你的设备本地,删除应用即删除数据。建议定期使用“导出”功能备份。详见隐私政策

A receipt was recognized incorrectly

On the confirm screen, tap the merchant, total, or any item to edit before saving. Good lighting, a flattened receipt, and portrait framing improve accuracy. If a receipt fails consistently, email us the photo.

How many free AI recognitions do I get?

Each device gets 10 free official AI recognitions (not reset by reinstalling). After that, subscribe to Pro (100 per calendar month) or keep tracking with offline on-device recognition.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Me → Pro and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple account used for the purchase.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. For refunds visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I use my own AI key?

Pro users can configure a third-party provider (DeepSeek, Doubao, Qwen, OpenAI, Anthropic, or a custom endpoint) under Me → Custom AI. Keys stay in the device Keychain and requests go directly to the provider.

Where is my data stored?

All records and photos stay on your device; deleting the app deletes them. Use Export for backups. See the Privacy Policy.
